LIT’s Waitin’ For the Home Sale to Bandit Lawyer Jimmy Minerve’s Investor to Propagate Real Records

As admitted by Lawyer James Minerve, the sole purpose of this filing was to stop the foreclosure auction so investor could acquire home.

HCAD shows both original owner and FER Investment as having an interest, and there’s a special deed from DBNTCO to Fer on HC real property records which indicates a foreclosure took place or the keys were handed over.

Over 9 months have passed and we note the property is now listed for foreclosure.

That stated, there is a trustee deed purporting to state that a sale was conducted in March 2024, with a credit bid by Deutsche Bank for $289k.

This bankruptcy case aligns with the timing of the above void sale; Gerardo Barajas-Padilla (24-30939)
United States Bankruptcy Court, S.D. Texas, and now it would appear to have been relisted for sale once more

Conclusion: The investor/buyer that Minerve and his client(s) had lined up was once more a false statement. We’ve highlighted several other cases where Minerve has presented similar perjured pleadings to stop foreclosure in Texas courts.
