Mauro v. Federal National Mortgage Association et al
JUN 16, 2022 | REPUBLISHED BY LIT: JUN 18, 2022
Confirmation of the conspiracy and collusion between lawyers on both sides of the table in foreclosure cases keep on comin’ by way of their dismissals, with or without prejudice.
In this case, without prejudice.
We are well aware Frank was contacted by a flyer and knock at the door before bein’ introduced to Jason LeBoeuf et al.
His home has been most likely subject to a fraudulent special warranty deed and rent-back scheme for the last 12 years.
Manifest Realty can contact LIT – with legal evidence of the consideration paid and the loans repaid which were currently outstanding on the home, if they dispute this fact.
However, considering “Frank” is in a foreclosure case herein, and Montgomery CAD shows that Manifest “Own” the Property, we don’t expect to hear from ’em.
And as far as the proposed dismissal, LIT has notified @uscourts of our concerns by way of this article as well as the SDTX Prosecutors, FBI Houston, et al, and if no investigation takes place and the dismissal is granted, well, that’s more proof of the Judicial Ochlocracy and conspiracy between judges and lawyers in Texas.
There is absolutely no excuse that in foreclosure cases, basic checks by the courts are requested and/or performed where real property is at risk and lawyers are misrepresenting the facts by acting as counsel for a homeowner who has been duped into a special warranty deed and rent back real estate scam by rogue real estate companies like Manifest Realty.
A message for the Chief of Ochlocracy in SDTX from LIT.
This is FRAUD and its CRIMINAL.
Act Now. Lawyers are NOT Above the Law. https://t.co/mrqcgQRLuM@uscourts @USAO_SDTX @FBIHouston @TXAG @Law360 @AlisonFrankel @JoanBiskupic @glennkirschner2 @ABC #appellatetwitter #txlege— lawsinusa (@lawsinusa) July 31, 2022

It’s great news for the two homeowners at the Fifth Circuit who defeated Deutsche Bank, Citimortgage (and Shelley L. Hopkins), but it’s become a real pantomime at the judiciary.
The Chief really, really likes Mark Cronenwett, watch the video for the year-to-date foreclosure cases before Chief Judge Lee H. Rosenthal.
