In re Bandit Lawyer James Minerve’s Stop Foreclosure Filing for Wayne Lawrence Franks
AUG 1, 2024
Today, in Harris County District Court, he’s filed a case which has caught our eye, and it confirms everything we keep sayin’ about foreclosure fraud and perjury by lawyers who claim to be “foreclosure defense” attorneys’ in Texas. 🔥’s going to walk you through it here on X.

And, of course, the Jun. 25, 2024 AGREED judgment, including foreclosure of said property, in LAKEWOOD FOREST FUND INC vs. FRANKS, WAYNE L (Court 281, aka Judge Weems – who’s vyin’ for Seat 4 of @SupremeCourt_TX ) doesn’t warrant any inclusion in the petition or affidavit. pic.twitter.com/VkAvNcsx1m

Despite the non-disclosures by the Plaintiff and his counsel, the ancillary Judge Morris granted the TRO with a cash bond of $300 on Aug. 1, 2024.
The TRO hearing was passed “by agreement“, but there’s nobody to agree with as the defendants have not appeared.
