No further non judicial foreclosure has occurred, despite no injunction preventing foreclosure since the first attempt in a year ago, March 2023, and after replacing substitute trustee to pursue such relief. HCAD confirms “Mia McCoy” still official homeowner, as the trustee’s and lender claims aver.
