Judge Al Bennett Assigned Foreclosure Case Involving BDF’s Bandit Lawyer Shelley Hopkins, Again

As Judge Bennett and Hopkins hook up once more, LIT says: Birds of a feather flock together where there’s honor among thieves called lawyers.

LIT UPDATE

Oct. 24, DEC 7, 2024

The case sat without a response from the homeowner for nearly a year before judgment was issued on March 26, 2024 in favor of Cenlar. It’s now seven months later and the home is still listed as owned by Bonnie Burns, confirming once again selective targeting of homeowners in SDTX federal courts and by foreclosure mill lawyers.
