This is an interesting case as all the parties on both sides of the court will know each other.
You see Tica is HAR realtor slash hard money loan agent Andreana Araya, who is represented by a law firm Simmons and Odle, who also act as substitute trustee in foreclosures.
Hence, we believe Hord was quick to remove the case to federal court for SPS and unsurprisingly the ‘blind draw’ selected Judge Hittner in SDTX.
