It’s a Wrap: $100 TRO issued to Bandit Lawyer James Minerve and Client Justin Johnston

So much for the buyer Minerve assured HCDC’s ancillary judge would be purchasing the property, it’s been newly listed for sale.

LIT COMMENTARY & UPDATE

JUN 21, 2024

On Apr. 18, 2024, Bandit lawyer James Minerve non-suited with prejudice, but the Judge refuses to end the case.

In the meantime, the home we’ve been watchin’ on HAR with an original listing price of $445k to $370k indicates that the homeowner has received another notice of nonjudicial foreclosure and is trying to sell before the auction.

It does appear to confirm once again that LIT is correct – Minerve’s client did not have a buyer as he stated in the stop foreclosure petition and the TRO was obtained by perjury.

We’ll swing back and check up on this in due course.

As at Jun 28, the standard “under contract” is showing, but that has proven very unreliable in foreclosure cases we’ve published on LIT.

(even though there’s a fake attempt to relist on May 13, 2024, we have the historical data)!

Above is the date LIT Last updated this article.

Notice: However, the court has yet to sign off on the PROPOSED ORDER, that’s 5 days so far without doing so.

THIS IS NORMAL FOR MINERVE, OBTAIN TRO WHICH ENDS TEMPORARY RETAINER CONTRACT

So much for the buyer Minerve assured HCDC’s ancillary judge would be purchasing the property, it’s been newly listed for sale for 1 day as at Mar 7, 2024. Probably why Exhibit A, B, C and D, were never filed on the docket because the contract never existed.

That didn’t stop the ancillary judge from granting TRO with $100 bond.
