What does 'Most Active' Even Mean, Legally Speaking?
Where’s the 4 Other Children’s Agreement for Rojas to be the Family Executor?
There are no Exhibits Attached to Complaint, e.g. Power of Attorney nor Affidavits from the other children, including Gabriel Abbott.
$$ THE INVESTOR $$
With Gabriel E. Abbott’s name on HCAD and no mention of him in this filing, it’s super suspicious.
