LOPEZ, DIANE vs. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON
(Court 333, JUDGE B MORRIS)
JAN 20, 2023 | REPUBLISHED BY LIT: JAN 23, 2023
Howdy again,
We just stopped by and performed a quick review of this fraudulent Vilt case.
We see it’s headin’ for trial in less than a month and not a movement from y’all mill lawyers re your colleague and Bandit Lawyer Robert C. Vilt, related to the perjury by filin’ to stop foreclosure for a homeowner who’s a distressed owner – one that’s clearly been taken advantage of?
He’s not looking after the homeowner’s interests as we have detailed time and time again.
Shame on y’all – you are clearly co-conspirators by your silence and failure to act (on the docket).

Howdy,
We’re workin’ on the followin’ case in HCDC;
202211278 – LOPEZ, DIANE vs. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON (Court 333, JUDGE B MORRIS PRESIDIN’)
We ALL know it ain’t Lopez who filed this suit, it’s the thieves known as Millennia Properties and their co-conspirator(s), Bandit lawyer Vilt, et al.
We were slow to get around to this title deed fraud case for a reason, to see if Vilt would amend his complaint before we write to you, and/or publish the article today on LIT – he ain’t done so.
Why amend?
Look at the Eddie case below, where he’s facin’ sanctions filed by Bandit lawyer Cuellar (yup, it’s a Bandit v. Bandit) based on our list of cases provin’ “beyond a reasonable doubt” – emphatically actually – that Vilt’s actions are criminal.
In those proceedings, once we called out Vilt, who monitors our blog, he amended the complaint to add “Trustee” Pasquale – total BS.
202254765 – LINDSEY, EDDIE C vs. WBL SPO I LLC (Court 152)
Of course, Judge Schaffer didn’t rule on the Jan 9 Motion hearing… learn more here
Anyways, y’all are on formal notice of the title deed fraud in this case, and the fact that Lopez ain’t the party in interest filin’ this case….y’all know your Texas Lawyer’s Creed and reporting obligations.
We’ll be watchin’ the docket closely.
Any comments or responses are welcome.
