Robert Clayton “Clay” Vilt resigned on November 6, 2023. That decision was reversed for no apparent reason. Alexander Whitelaw Jr died in 2013 and his wife Delores in 2018 but son’s affidavit claims ‘several missed payments’.
This is confirmed as Delores also signed a transfer of assignment in 2013 and it was recorded in 2021, some 8 years later and 3 years after Delores died.
Zuzana Whitelaw shown as living at deceased parents residence.
Interestingly is Zuzana doesn’t like the spotlight, she’s only visible in a golf photo on Chron.com.
