Jones v. U.S. Bank, NA,
Successor Trustee to LaSalle Bank National Association, on Behalf of the Holders of Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities 1 Trust 2005-HE1, Asset-Backed Certificates Series 2005-HE1
(4:22-cv-01880)
District Court, S.D. Texas, Judge Keith Ellison
JUN 10, 2022 | REPUBLISHED BY LIT: JUN 10, 2022
It looks like Carol and Michael Jones have left the building and are now livin’ at 4106 Cascade Oaks Ct, Houston, TX 77084.
Upon further investigation, it appears that home was being sold by Ohana Legacy, who buy dead peoples homes, in this case Jerry D. Bullock, renovate and then move it on.
We think they’ve got a relationship with Ribbon, who fund homes for potential buyers who may be outwith normal credit criteria. However, the BBB reviews are very concerning about this lender/broker/non bank.
Hence, it appears on face value that the Jones may have elected to take up this offer, since they’ve listed Cascade Oaks as the mailin’ address for the foreclosed property that is now vacant with a pending offer of $200k.
We couldn’t help notice the front door changed from white to a wood door, was it broken down to take adverse possession?
However, the Cascade address is still titled to Ribbon.
SALE PENDING SINCE NOV. (AS AT JAN 24, 2023) 5630 Poplar Terrace Ln, Katy, TX 77449 ($200K, nearly $100k less)
Real Scumbag Lawyer Newark gets another crappy deal for his ‘client’, dismissal with prejudice (Aug 24), but there was no sanctions motion filed by Hord against Newark and/or Jones, despite homeowners history with the courts.
