Pro Se Pleadings are to be liberally construed … except in Texas. It goes back to the state court ruling and the usage of the word “however.” That extra layer of BS appears to have bled over to the Federal Courts in Texas.

What is documented on the record, Fraud upon the Court. This particular kind of fraud cannot be perpetrated by Pro Se litigants, only Officers of the Court. Which includes all those licensed for the commercial business practice of law, including the judge. This is known as Extrinsic Fraud Upon The Court. (US v. Throckmorton)

The Plaintiffs have been deprived of their right(s) to redress their grievances, their rights have been denied remedy. This falls under the category, “Conspiracy Against Rights.” Refer to 18 U.S.C. § 241.
