Erick DeLaRue Foreclosure Client Adam Strauss’s Date of Purchase of His Residence in Question

There’s a discrepancy of 16 years between the date on the lawsuit petition and what HCAD is recording as the actual date of purchase.

Apr 30, 2024 Update: We’ve revisited the Harris County Real Property Records and note a loan mod has been executed, increasing the loan by over $100 g’s so it’s now a balance of $485k, pretty much returning the Strauss’s back to their original loan.

When you’re part of the finsvcs industry, they look after their own, they just needed LIT to highlight the distress…

Real property records show that the home at 4223 Markham St remains in his name as at today’s date.

Nope. No hearin’, just happy hour. No movement on this case since Oct 31.

Nov. 11 at 1745 hrs, nothin’ made it to the docket before Happy Hour – TRO meeting was at 1630 hrs, if it happened.

Admonished Judge Ursula Hall’s doin’ all the Judge’s TRO meetings and it’s obviously a no-questions asked kinda gig, coz she granted the TRO to Bandit DeLaRogue with $100 cash bond.

The next hearing is Nov. 11, 2022, Court 269, but who knows which Judge will presiding.

No Loan Papers, Deed of Trust, NADA

There’s a discrepancy of 16 years between the date DeLaRogue’s petition says and what HCAD is recording as to the date of purchase of the residence by Strauss.

HCAD says 2002, DeLaRogue and Strauss say 2018.

The lack of supporting evidence in this lawsuit by Strauss would suggest HCAD is probably the more accurate.
