It’s now approaching 2 years since default and around 1.5 years since the final order of foreclosure was entered, but chill everyone, apparently federal courts and foreclosure mills get to take as long as they want to decide when to take the home from the owner, up to 10 years from judgment, with option to renew for another 10 years…
