In this lawsuit, you’ve got a law firm alleging that a former employee stole $63k over a short 7 month period by submitting fraudulent time sheets.
That employee, Neelam N Kaintura became a licensed attorney with the State Bar of Texas on Dec. 15, 2022. She’s now labeled herself a personal injury attorney per her Linkedin.
Daspit Law Firm have elected to file this lawsuit pro se, which defies the ethical rules one would suggest are present in this case, where the lawyer(s) and firm are anticipated to be witness(es) in these proceedings.
As an aside, it’s of grave concern to LIT when you see a website with no legal terms, privacy or how the company is trading, like we have with Proactive Legal Solutions. After all, they are listed in the case contacts so LIT assumes they are part of Daspit Law Firm, PLLC, but nothing on the website discloses any legal information. It’s a class action waiting to happen.
