The Judge Engelhart case, a rental, would be sold at auction to insiders at 50% discount and then flipped 6 months later for twice the price, netting over $100k gross profit on a $214k valued home.

Both these properties belonged to Jose Aguilar and both these properties were transferred into Christian Aguilar’s name at the same time,

via the normal scam, the ten dollar special warranty deed (Exhibit C in PDF above) which is omitted from DeLaRogue’s complaint.

It is obvious from Zillow that the Possum address is where Christian Aguilar lives, as the Howard address has rental history, after he fraudulently transferred the properties into his name.
