Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP Violatin’ Texas Debt Collection Laws

Judgment Debtor, Stone Strong of Texas, LLC is a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the State of Texas.

LIT COMMENTARY

Another case of a debt collectin’ law firm violatin’ Texas laws is allowed to dismiss the case without prejudice to refiling. Bradley should be facing sanctions and referral for breaking the laws the firm professes to follow in order to garnish.

It’s another whitewash, but at least LIT in 2022 has stopped these lawyers and firms in Texas from being above the law, as we continue to call-out the real facts. Law firms have been allowed to flaunt consumer protection laws for decades and unlawfully garnish billions in debts.

This situation was allowed to happen for many many years and top brass needs to be held accountable in Texas.
