LIT COMMENTARY
HCRPR Sub Trustees replaced in May of 2024, no TRSale Deed present as at Nov. 11, 2024, indicating home has not been sold at foreclosure auction.
LIT COMMENTARY
We’ve never ever seen this, a Rule 11 agreement with a separate request to dismiss without prejudice on the same day.
Remember, Vilt’s clients have been known to violate sales agreements in the past (think Robert ‘Bob’ Strange), so this creative set of filing most likely will be reneged upon, especially if the case can be dismissed without prejudice.
Will the sale occur in July?
Bookmark as we find out, if the judge and opposing counsel sign off on this bizarre and demanding proposed agreement.
