SCHLACTER, JOHN vs. NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING

(Court 164, JUDGE C. ELLIOTT THORNTON)

NOV 6, 2023 | REPUBLISHED BY LIT: NOV 7, 2023

As expected; Rapidly Non-suited 7 days after LIT’s published article, without prejudice (Nov. 14).

A familiar litigant returns with new counsel, a creditor rights focused lawyer no less, for his foreclosure defense case which was dismissed with prejudice in May of 2023.

This case should be transferred to Judge Kyle Carter, per court rules.

p.s. The deliberate category selection PERSONAL INJ (NON-AUTO) did not thwart LIT’s attention to this repeat filing to stop the foreclosure auction.
