SMART, MARY J vs. WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY FSB

(Court 055, JUDGE LATOSHA LEWIS PAYNE)

DEC 5, 2022 | REPUBLISHED BY LIT: DEC 6, 2022
Dec. 22, 2022

DISMISSED ON AGREEMENT OF PARTIES

Order signed by Outlaw Judge Payne on Dec. 20, 2022, instead of sanctioning lawyer James Minerve and reporting him to the State Bar of Texas and investigating the ‘client(s)’.

Who is Alan and Leslie Lillico, purportedly selling the residence of Mary J Smart for $130k (to net Guaranteed $20k) on a residential property worth $100k more than the selling price?

Where’s the Power of Attorney?

And who is Twin Peak Investments?

The lawsuit is filed in bad faith as nowhere does it show the Lillico’s interest in the property, and why are they signing the contract for sale and not Mary J Smart, the owner.

The affidavit claiming that Smart is ‘of sound mind’ states that the mortgage debt is $145k, but the sale price is $15k less than the debt owed to the lender.
