Fuller Jr. v. Civic Real Estate Holdings III, LLC
(4:22-cv-03773)
District Court, S.D. Texas, Judge Ewing Werlein, Jr
OCT 31, 2022 | REPUBLISHED BY LIT: NOV 04, 2022
Howdy Gents,
We’ve just finished reviewin’ the following lawsuit:
https://lawsintexas.com/pr/27p
which y’all removed from Harris County with affirmative defenses including lawyer Robert C Newark and/or his client filed a baseless and bad faith lawsuit.
We also note y’all filed a stipulation of dismissal today in Rusk St, with prejudice – yet you’ve taken a hit (or your client has) for your legal fees, despite it being a bad faith lawsuit.
That aside, we’re more interested in the facts of this case which remain unanswered.
Namely, we hope you could clarify – so our article is confirmed as accurate – how Fuller “purchased” the home and obtained the $129k investment property loan in 2021, when he’s shown as the current owner on HCAD since 2014?
The Dixon involvement as the notary for the 2021 loan papers we can leave for another day, but really, there’s lawyers poppin’ out all over the place, huh, even from behind the notary.
Y’all have a great day.
