Ramen broths and soups: Yamasa offers ramen broth concentrates in traditional flavors like shoyu, miso, and tonkotsu. They also make white miso soup concentrate.

Marinades and sauces: Yamasa makes marinades and sauces using high-quality ingredients.

Drone division: Yamasa’s Drone Division offers drone licenses, industrial UAV services, and aerial photography.

Timber industry: Yamasa’s origins trace back to a timber shop founded in 1875.

Slot machine manufacturing: Yamasa began manufacturing slot machines in the 1970s.

Aircraft and ship leasing: Yamasa began leasing aircraft in the 1980s.

Solar power generation: Yamasa began generating solar power in the 2010s.

The company was founded by the Sano family in 1875. In 1928, the company name was changed from Hamaguchi Gihei Shoten to Yamasa Shoyu Co., Ltd.
