LIT COMMENTARY
Mike Engelhart has been the Judge of the 151st Civil District Court since January 1, 2009 after being elected in Harris County in November 2008. Back then he was a new and honest judge, with the Mary Ellen and David Wolf wrongful foreclosure case – with a $5 million judgment for the homeowners – the only notable victory post 2008-2022 in a Texas Court, State or Federal.
Now, time has converted the honest judge into an Outlaw in dirty black robes who wants to move onto the appellate court and his latest orders confirm he’s switched to the dark side of the black robe, Ochlocracy and corruption.
NOPE, NOT FROZEN
