Drumroll….
Rogue Texas Lawyer Clay Vilt suddenly appears on Saturday, August 6th, 2022 to file a Dismissal With Prejudice to Isiah Kellup, against filing same in future, despite already doing so twice in past foreclosure complaints in 2018 and 2019 with Clay Vilt.
Round 3, we’re waiting to see who is assigned to the return of Kellup.
Answer: Judge Charles R Eskridge III, the Judge who never closed out Kellup II.
Germain v. U.S. Bank, 920 F.3d 269, 273 (5th Cir. 2019) (“Additionally, § 1024.41(i) states: “A servicer is only required to comply with the requirements of this section for a single complete loss mitigation application for a borrower’s mortgage loan account.” ”)
After the criminal known as Texas foreclosure defense lawyer Clay Vilt vanished – despite being counsel of record as referred to in the certificate of conference dated Jun 2, 2022, and H&K replaced the current foreclosure mill lawyers at Winston, they’ve now filed a motion to dismiss on Jul 6, which remains unanswered by [apparently] pro-se Kellup. There is no motion to withdraw by Vilt on the docket.
