How to Stop Foreclosure in Texas, Even if You’ve Failed Before, or Before That.

Here’s what the ole boy lawyer network looks like folks. Hirsch is deathly quiet when he’s normally bouncing motion to dismiss or similar off the Judges’ desks within days of filing removal. Not this time. And foreclosure defense con artist Clay Vilt is defending a case where he should have declined. We’re watchin’ this case very closely.

DEUTSCHE CASE BEFORE JUDGE ESKRIDGE (DISPOSED 2022)

Strange or Not, Bob’s back with the help of foreclosure defense lawyer Clay Vilt, who’s quite happy to take on the case after the ink is yet to dry on Judge Eskridge’s opinion not but a couple of weeks or so before….

Even more strange is how quiet and compliant Hord of Hirsch Westheimer is, considering how boisterous he has been in the recent filing by Bourgeois, going as far as to call her case, frivolous, despite the fact her lawyer was suspended by the State Bar of Texas for finchin’ $13k in legal fees not earned in her case.

Upon review of the stagnant docket, it is evident the old boy network is clearly operating in this case and LIT is watchin’, closely.

Compare Cande Brandow (watch the video) with Robert Strange.

Bob, a homeowner who was dismissed WITH PREJUDICE before refiling against Deutsche Bank 2 weeks later, removed to Judge Ellison’s court and now dismissed WITHOUT PREJUDICE, based on the following stated reasoning;

Plaintiff no longer desires to pursue his causes of action against Defendant at this time.

Cande Brandow ran out of cash and her home was ultimately sold. She was dumped by Vilt.

Not so Robert Strange.

Bob obviously has regular cash flow to pay for corrupt foreclosure defense lawyers who are integral to the inner-workings of the judiciary pump-n-dump homeowners scheme (when the cash runs dry, let the foreclosure proceed, WITH PREJUDICE).

This judicially endorsed legal scam is even more obvious because the motion to voluntarily dismiss WITHOUT PREJUDICE was agreed to by Michael Hord, Jr of Hirsh and Westheimer, a foreclosure mill lawyer who is beyond vicious in his attacks on homeowners.

LIT only needs to refer y’all to the Bourgeois case, currently back in this federal courthouse, with Hord unleashin’ his ad hominem attacks on the homeowner, without justification based on the fact her former lawyer stole her defense monies (around $13k).

LIT will be providing more reporting on this legal scam in due course.
