The Unregistered Debt Settlement Law firm in the State of Texas Cannon takes on Dykema in this removed foreclosure case. Amazingly, after our May 29 update, on Tuesday, May 31 Gannon claims the parties, namely Wells Fargo, one of the most aggressive foreclosure banks in town, has reached “a settlement”, one WITH PREJUDICE. We ain’t buyin’ that.

ORDER

On May 31, 2022, the Parties notified the Court that “they have fully compromised and settled all claims and matters in controversy between them.”

ECF No. 17.

In accordance with the representation that all claims and matters in controversy are settled, the Court ORDERS that this case is DISMISSED with prejudice.
