Neither Emplify LLC nor Chase Foreman have presented any evidence apart from hearsay. The notice of sale is provided by LIT, which lists Emplify, LLC, but contradicts the ownership on HCAD. Nor is there even an affidavit or unsworn declaration provided to the court.
