The property is turned around after dismissal with prejudice by Bandit Lawyer James Minerve and relisted for Jan 7, 2024 nonjudicial foreclosure.
Apparently the loan mod. wasn’t approved.
We also note Marilyn’s signature appears to have changed quite considerably since she signed her original loan paperwork.
