Relative Lending is Finding it’s Momentum in New Related Lawsuit before Admonished Judge Hall

AGREED MOTION FOR PARTIAL DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE

Plaintiff Relative Lending, LLC and Defendants Houses to Homes Ventures, LLC, Kimberly Bellotte, Jaime Parker file this Agreed Motion for Partial Dismissal With Prejudice and would allege and show the following:

1. The parties have settled and resolved the matters in dispute between them in this lawsuit. As part of such settlement, the parties are agreeing to dismiss this lawsuit in its entirety with prejudice.
2. Therefore, Plaintiff Relative Lending, LLC and Defendants Houses to Homes Ventures, LLC, Kimberly Bellotte, Jaime Parker request this lawsuit be dismissed with A form of agreed order is being submitted with the e-filing of this motion and the Court is respectfully requested to sign the order.

WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, Plaintiff Relative Lending, LLC and Defendants Houses to Homes Ventures, LLC, Kimberly Bellotte, Jaime Parker respectfully request that this motion be in all respects granted and for such further relief as to which Plaintiff may show itself entitled.
