COMMENCEMENT BANK, A WASHINGTON STATE BANKING ASSO vs. GREENLEAF BOOK GROUP, LLC

(Court 152, JUDGE ROBERT K. SCHAFFER)

JUL 20, 2022 | REPUBLISHED BY LIT: JUL 20, 2022

He’s a rogue debt collector attackin’ businesses without discretion and the judge allowed it to happen by not following procedure. Shameful behavior but the response by Jackson Walker is a cut above, it made scumbag James Cuellar submit a motion to non-suit by return. That stated, this nonsense about ‘WITHOUT PREJUDICE’ has to be rejected by the judge, it should be WITH PREJUDICE. Alas, the judge, Schaffer, has already shown his colors. We’ll keep y’all posted.

Jul 29 – Certificate of Service Pursuant to Rule 663a, Tex. R. Civ. P.

…“as soon as practicable after service of the writ on the garnishee” Tex. R. Civ. P. 663a

– Lawyer Cuellar is a real scumbag and one we’re watchin’ very closely.

Another filing. Another “request” for service, but Cuellar has shown in the related garnishment case LIT’s published, he takes by-your-leave and posts the service and writ without court approval.
