As a legal blog, we’re often contacted regarding our articles by concerned citizens.

In this respect, LIT has independent verifiable witness information to confirm additional real estate fraud being perpetrated by Mr Minerve’s client, similar to the cases detailed above.

This matter is one of great public concern, and as such LIT is interested to hear your comments and feedback to the following questions (Please feel free to provide any other information you wish to provide).

First, from Mr Minerve as to his participation and role as counsel for the client in more than one case.

Are you aware your client has been accused of allegedly badgering distressed homeowners very aggressively?

How does a dead man sign an affidavit, and how does a notary witness a dead man signing an affidavit?

Second, in relation to opposing counsel for the lenders/servicers, LIT asks;

Why it appears from the outside looking in, opposing counsel have purportedly worked in unison with Mr. Minerve to dismiss these cases, rather than follow up with Mr Minerve and question why he’s filing lawsuits naming the real parties (the distressed owners and/or their families), rather than Twin Peak Investments, LLC?

Furthermore, did you not question how the affidavits are being notarized by an agent ( who is registered as a vexatious litigant in Texas ), and who is officed hundreds of miles from the properties in question, including the owners/family members who are “signing” these documents, even when they are deceased?

The cases may be dismissed by the Judges in Harris County – one has and the other pending a signed order  – but LIT’s investigation is under a reboot based on the recent movements in these cases, and that of the whistleblower.

We do hope you’ll provide us with your side of the story before LIT releases our explosive follow-up article(s). As our slogan states, No BS. Just the Truth, and that is what we seek here.

No movement on the docket since filing, no TRO order signed, and notably, no contact from Texas lawyer James Minerve or his client.

Born in Harare, Zimbabwe and previously a one year resident in Lagos, Nigeria, LIT’s founder is familiar with the public corruption in Nigeria, and this blog has perhaps facilitated the commencement of this real estate investment strategy.

It is noted that Twin Peaks Investment LLC is operated by a former social media expert when living in Kano. The Twin Peaks corporation is new (2021) and yet the website has conspicuously been taken offline recently;

It appears he may have been looking for “opportunities” to make some quick cash and y’all won’t find a better opportunity than to jump into the real estate fraud perpetrated by lawyers and judges in the State of Texas.

All you do is hire a known bandit lawyer in the state who is operating under the premise the lawyer is operating a ‘foreclosure defense’ practice, hire him and he’ll file frivolous and baseless lawsuits to delay the foreclosure auction.

And considering Maamun Danmaisoro is working full time in Lubbock, is managing member for several corporations in Texas and can find time to purchase properties in Harris county, we’re pretty convinced there’s more than one individual involved.

Furthermore, we’re not sure how a deceased person, one who died in 2020, can sign a general affidavit.

That stated, if by a miniscule of evidence we’re mistaken about Bandit lawyer James Minerve or Maamun Danmaisoro, which we highly doubt, we’re still open to your responses to clarify our ‘mistaken’ perception of your relationship and dealings.
