A notice of removal on the federal docket, but on the HCDC website, Gannon the Cannon has changed tack. He’s no longer gonna bleed homeowners’ dry while LIT’s on his rear-end, nope he’s gonna voluntarily dismiss without prejudice, which the outlaw judges at Harris County will sign off (remember Gannon’s ole man was a judge…).
