Rewind 2008: Terrence W. Boyle is Still a Biased Wall St. Federal Judge in North Carolina in 2022

Here is a perfect example of why lifetime appointments without any accountability as a sitting federal judge leads to bias and ochlocracy.

Why Does RESCAP Receive $1.3 BILLION Dollars in “Liar Loan” Federal Court Wins and the Homeowners Zero?

The Answer; A corrupt judiciary. The elder Burkes mortgage loan is a liar loan yet the Judiciary are determined to steal their homestead.

It’s Not Only a Manifest Injustice, It’s a Perversion of Justice

Here, this Judicial Council has an opportunity to correct not only a manifest injustice, but perversion of justice. It should do so and reverse the Chief Judges’ erroneous order and proceed with a special committee investigation.
