WILSON, DAMIEN vs. CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC
(Court 334)
OCT 30, 2023 | REPUBLISHED BY LIT: OCT 31, 2023
So how does it work in 2023 when Vilt Law P.C.’s owner and Bandit Lawyer – who stated he’s resigning on Nov. 6, 2023 – deal with keepin’ the entity a going concern and handing over the litigation to “of counsel” and old buddy lawyer Kerry Prisock? https://t.co/wgWIe12VGg #txlege pic.twitter.com/N7Cg1inJ5e

LIT found out that Vilt stated he’s resigning as of Nov. 6, but that’s not happened yet, per the State Bar of TX website. Meanwhile, in this case, old friend of Vilt’s Kerry Prisock has made an appearance on the same day Vilt claimed he’d resigned.
The question we’ve asked the State Bar on X is whether Vilt can keep his entities going and act as a Paralegal for example, workin’ in the background…
We’re monitoring these events closely.
The number of homeowners hit with foreclosure notices in the third quarter of the year jumped 34% from a year ago to nearly 125,000, according to a recent report from real estate data firm @Attomdata. They were up 28% from the previous quarter. pic.twitter.com/clAAQ27roi
