After a week-long trial, Cunningham Bounds, LLC obtained a $400,000 jury verdict for a husband and wife after their home was wrongfully foreclosed on by Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as well as its loan servicer, Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC.
Affirmed by the Supreme Court.
